Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of uptooly.com and the Quote Studio tool (together, the "Service"), operated by Uptooly ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Uptooly provides a free, browser-based tool for creating quote images, motivational posters, and social media graphics. The Service requires no account, stores no user content on our servers, and operates entirely client-side using your web browser.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are under the age of 13, please use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and in compliance with applicable local laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Uptooly to create, download, or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or discrimination against individuals or groups. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Service and for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload as backgrounds.

4. Ownership of Your Content

You retain full ownership of the quote text, images, and graphics you create using Uptooly, including for commercial use. Because the Service does not store your content, we make no claim of ownership over anything you design or download.

5. Templates

The template library provided within Quote Studio is offered for use, including commercial use, as a starting point for your own designs. Templates are provided "as is," and you may customize them freely.

6. Intellectual Property of the Service

The Uptooly name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are the property of Uptooly and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed as a competing product without permission. This does not restrict your ownership of content you personally create using the tool.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptooly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, loss of content, or business interruption.

9. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may load third-party resources such as web fonts, styling libraries, and advertising content (including Google AdSense). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

Because the Service requires no account, there is no account to terminate. We reserve the right to block access to the Service from any device or network that violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which Uptooly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
